Frequently Asked Questions

No contracts whatsoever, it’s strictly month-to-month which means you can request to cancel anytime with a standard 30-day notice period.

All emails on the hosting environment will be backed up daily, weekly or monthly depending on how critical the emails are.

Offline Outlook PST files on your local machine will not be backed up and remain your responsibility.

All hosting files will be backed up and stored within your hosting package space. This includes website, email and database files within the hosting environment.

Please note: I keep multiple redundant copies of backups on at least 2x separate server locations across the world to ensure your data is as safe as possible. I do not guarantee my backup service and offer it as a best effort service, but I will make extensive efforts to keep your data safe and sound.

Anytime you wish, you can start on the 6GB plan request an upgrade as you require. 

When choosing a plan, please remember that your backups will need to be included within the space selected.

Absolutely, it is your data that is backed up and you own it, I will supply a copy of last backup as requested.
